Mi az a paracord?

The paracord is a lightweight plastic cord consisting of an inner core and an outer sheath. It was originally used as a suspension rope for parachutes since World War II and was later found to be suitable for many other tasks.
It is currently used most as a general purpose cord, by both soldiers and civilians. Paracord 550, 550 cord or parachute cord all have the same meaning. In Hungarian we can know it as a parachute cord.

The core of the Paracord 550 cord is provided by 7 nylon threads covered with a 32-strand braided sheath. Paracord is an extremely versatile rope. Easy to knot, high tensile strength, UV resistant, does not shatter.
